Hi team! Apologies for the delay – I'm in the midst of a cross-country move and still taking care of my mom (who's been giving me a much-needed extra set of hands-on fulfillment!)
I'm still waiting for about 60 people to respond to the survey so we can get you your kit. This is mainly people who ordered multiple who that haven't confirmed how many addresses they'd like them to be sent to. PLEASE be sure to check your email or use the survey link to complete if you haven't already! Our email is [email protected] so you can check your spam.
Thanks to our early users, we were able to add new functionality to the iOS and Android apps, but the latest build on iOS was rejected as spam – likely because of how rapidly we were updating. As the developer sorts it out, we've been adding new functionality to the latest build, including offline viewing and tracks of content (instead of one video per magic trick or skill). I'm really excited to get that going!
For those having issues, you can access the web app here. Our company goes on rest during the month of August, so it's just me on all things customer service. I'm tackling as quickly as I can, and hope to finish responding to everyone today!
I know many of you have sent cute photos and videos, too – which I can't wait to review and share! My focus right now is getting the app live and the rest of the kits your way.

Hi friends – I'm thrilled to report that the magic kits are finally on their way to you! I'll be dropping them off like a magical fairy to post offices across Austin, and you should receive a shipping confirmation once the labels are processed by the facilities.
There are still about 40 people who have not provided information for me to send these products to you! If you have not already, be sure to complete this survey so I can get you your gifts.

The BOXES!
The products are here but our magic kit boxes are still en route! They should arrive by the end of the week, and I'll be filling and shipping as soon as they arrive!
The box might seem like a small thing, but it's the foundation for our experience. Not only will it be home to your child's magic tools, when you flip it over, it becomes a fun little stage for future performances.
If you're in New Orleans, join us later this month at the National Urban League's Community Day! I'll be performing and we'll be demonstrating Magically Me at our first ever exhibition. Message me and I'll send you details as we get closer to the date!

Hello hello! I’m drowning in envelopes and packing tape preparing to ship out rewards! We’re still waiting for the magic kits to arrive, but the stickers, cards and other little gifts are ready to ship to recipients.
For those who ordered a magic kit: We're using Backerkit, a partner organization with Kickstarter, to help fulfill rewards. This will make it easy for us to adjust shipping arrival dates and costs based on your location and highlight the number of kits shipping to our nonprofit partners.
Keep an eye on your inbox. You’ll receive an email to confirm your shipping information. Here, you can make some edits to your reward, including:
- Sending one kit to you, and one to your friend
- Order more products for yourself or a friend
- Change the shipping address you entered before

Updates on fulfillment and how to make another order!

Hi all! It's been a whirlwind since we fully funded this campaign. I performed my solo show in eight different cities, was featured in The Guardian and The Atlanta Voice, and researched, recorded and released an ongoing series on Black magicians through history.
Here's some fulfillment updates.
Today I sent in the production request for the magic kits! We’re on track to fulfill all those orders by July. Keep an eye out for an email from BackerKit, our fulfillment partner, to confirm your shipping information.
Next week I’m filming the first round of videos for the digital app! You’ll get a sneak peek once we have a few to share :)
For those who backed and chose rewards that are NOT magic kits, like stickers or the custom deck of cards, you’ll receive your rewards by the end of April. I can’t wait to get all the goodies to you and your kiddos.
